I've already figured out my New Year's resolution: I want to do a real full pull up. I've never been able to do one in my life. EVERRRR. I've just got the weakest upper body in the world. Then I have tree trunks for thighs so it's an uphill battle. Then I found out that I've been doing pushups incorrectly my ENTIRE life. Why hasn't anyone told me before? The other day, Alex taught me how to do real ones. God damn, they are not easy. But I've been doing them everyday and I'm getting real reps in there (granted it's like 10 but it's a step up from 0).
Alex says my NYR is not a good goal. Apparently he can help me achieve this goal within a month. So we'll see - if I can bang one out by February, I'll just up the ante. Or switch it to a chin up or something along those lines.
